Gajetti Eleonora

I am an Energy and Nuclear Engineer enrolled in the 38th PhD cycle in Energetics at Dipartimento Energia “Galielo Ferraris”, Politecnico di Torino. In 2022 I spent five months in Thales AVS France, in Paris, where I pursued my master thesis on gyrotrons cooling.

My research mainly focuses on the employment and study of Triply Periodic Minimal Surfaces for enhanced heat removal. I’m currently working on the design and development of innovative cooling systems for nuclear fusion applications, such as divertor tiles and micro-wave transmission mirrors.
