Mortazavi Arsham
I am a PhD student in Energetics (38° cycle), and I joined MHTEP research group in 2022. In my master’s, I worked on solar flat plate collectors and analyzed them by means of Advanced Exergy Analysis. Currently, my studies are concentrated on high-temperature tubular solar receivers utilized in CSP applications. Primarily, my studies are focused on Entropy Generation Minimization (EGM) and the use of a novel type of porous medium in such receivers. To this end, I work with CFD software, and EGM is used as a postprocessing means.
My main research interests include:
- Solar CSP
- Entropy generation minimization
- Heat transfer
